If you are a service provider on Paxika, you agree to deliver services as agreed upon with users, maintain professionalism and adhere to legal regulations, and comply with Paxika’s service standards and policies.

Paxika may facilitate payments between users and service providers but is not responsible for disputes arising from transactions. Users must ensure secure payment methods. Refunds and cancellations are subject to individual agreements between users and providers.

Paxika owns all platform content, including trademarks, logos, and software, except for user-generated content. You may not copy, modify, or distribute Paxika’s intellectual property without permission.

Paxika is not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes resulting from user interactions or agreements, service provider performance, technical issues or service interruptions, or unauthorized access to your account.

Paxika reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms of Use.

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of Paxika after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings in India.
