Hospitality is among the most human industries there is, and one of the largest. Yet much of the work around it is still arranged the old way: through who you happen to know, through scattered lists and spreadsheets, through messages that get lost between one phone and the next.

Good people are hard to find, and harder to vouch for. Good opportunities are often taken before most of the industry has heard of them. Trust is built slowly, one introduction at a time, and every new relationship starts again from nothing. The people who feel this most are the ones doing the real work.

A calmer, fairer way for the industry to find itself. One where the right person meets the right place at the right moment, where reputation travels with you, and where owners, operators, professionals and suppliers can work together with less friction and more confidence.

We think the best technology in this world is the kind you hardly notice. It does its work and gets out of the way, so that people can get on with theirs.
